These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CarFlipRadar ("we", "us", "our"), operated at carflipradar.com. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CarFlipRadar.

CarFlipRadar is a research and alert tool that surfaces used car listings that may represent resale opportunities. We are not financial advisers, legal advisers, or motor vehicle inspectors. Nothing on CarFlipRadar constitutes advice of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use CarFlipRadar. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. One subscription covers one person only — sharing accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We may verify your email address and reserve the right to refuse or remove accounts at our discretion.

CarFlipRadar is offered on a paid subscription basis, currently processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are in GBP, inclusive of any applicable tax.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

We may offer a free trial period. The trial begins when you complete the checkout process and provide a valid payment method. At the end of the trial your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Free trials are limited to one per person. We use technical measures including IP checks to enforce this. Attempts to claim multiple trials are a breach of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

As CarFlipRadar is a digital service that you begin using immediately, you acknowledge that your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer distance-selling regulations is waived once you begin accessing the service. This does not affect your statutory rights where we are at fault.

Refunds are at our discretion. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you accessing the service, contact us at contact@carflipradar.com.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce CarFlipRadar content or data in any automated or systematic way
• Share, resell, or redistribute alerts or deal intelligence to third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our systems
• Use CarFlipRadar for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or free trial limits

CarFlipRadar surfaces listings based on automated scoring. We do not guarantee that any alert will be delivered, that listings will still be available when you see them, that profit estimates are accurate, or that any vehicle represents a sound investment.

All profit estimates, scores, and deal ratings are algorithmic outputs based on publicly available data. They are indicative only. Always do your own checks before committing to any purchase.

We are not responsible for any financial loss arising from reliance on CarFlipRadar alerts or data.

All content, design, software, and data on CarFlipRadar is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own private use in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarFlipRadar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or financial loss arising from acting on our alerts.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice where possible, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of CarFlipRadar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
